In the highest belgian residential tower, composed by 42 floors of high range apartments, Millepelli followed and realized the project for the finishes and the furnishings of the foyer entry, following and contributing to each stage of the project, from design to installation.
The company has been chosen due to its know-how about leather processing, its capacity to respond to all demands of architects and the attention to detail execution.
An original structure made of steel, coated with strips of leather, embraces the space dedicated to the mailboxes, while the area for the reception hosts, at its back, a wardrobe made of leather panels and a leather counter.
For the implementation of this project a light shade leather has been chosen, with a pigmented finishing and a natural printing in relief. This article was chosen due to its durability and stain resistance. The leather is between 0.9 -1.0 millimetres thick and the articles are 4.6 square meters in size on average. This leather product is suitable for contract and household use as well as marine applications.
